Here is what to expect when you call:
- Your call will be returned by Lois Panikoff within 24 hours. Calls received during the weekend will be returned on Monday.
- She will answer any questions you have and review your reasons for seeking treatment
- She will explain the process of out of network insurance reimbursement
- This is a solo practice and your confidentiality is guaranteed
- Lois will be the only one listening to your phone messages
- Since Lois does not work with managed care companies, there will be no treatment reports going through cyberspace to compromise your confidentiality
